Heritage Muay Thai

I've been training here for a little over a year now, after leaving my first gym in Austin (Warrror Family Muay Thai). The coaches here are great and have alot of knowledge to share. I've seen great improvement while training here and have also lost 20+ lbs. I have tried a few other gyms in Houston but this one is truly the best and I will continue to grow my Muay Thai skills here for as long as I am in Houston.

BEST MUAY THAI GYM IN HOUSTON! I've been training at Heritage Muay Thai for well over a year now. I was familiar with Coach Michael Corley from his days over at Houston Muay Thai so when I decided to return to training Muay Thai last June, choosing Heritage was a no-brainer. The gym is very welcoming to all ages and skill levels, and all the coaches and members are extremely friendly and super helpful. Muay Thai is the main attraction at Heritage and Coach Corley is considered as one of the best American Muay Thai fighters and instructors in the sport (he's also the President of USA Muay Thai). Many professional martial artists come to Heritage to improve their striking skills and overall fight IQ. Fortunately for us students, we receive the same level of instruction as the pros do! Every week has a different focus on Muay Thai techniques and strategies that students can apply in training/sparring sessions or competitions. Heritage not only offers high-level, technical instruction in Muay Thai but also MMA (led by former UFC veteran Yves Edwards), BJJ, and Savate. All the coaches have YEARS of experience in their respective martial art, and most are champions or have competed at the highest levels internationally (UFC, Glory, Bellator, IFMA, USA MT, etc.). I just joined 2days ago. I have always had this passion for combat sports, I would get up and go to gyms to begin my journey, but as soon as I get to any Gym it is so intimidating, that I just turn around and go back home. When I first got to heritage it was different the vibe was different Coach Micheal welcomed me with open arms and just that motivated me to try them out. My first day there I was amazed to how kind the staff was, they all make you feel as if you are family. The trainers work with you and stop mid- workout if you are doing something incorrect and correct you. Instructions are easy to follow and understand. This is the best Gym out there ! We tend to look at gyms but it is the people, That makes good gyms. 200% would recommend this gym if you are in Houston. Definitely will be here for a while ☺️You won’t be disappointed.

Honestly best gym I’ve ever been to. Every coach here is a fighter and has real experience, also the members are very nice, I recently joined and coming from a different gym and it took little to no time for me to feel at home here.
